Geste is a multiscript text aimed type family which covers Latin and Perso-Arabic. It has serif and sans styles which are expanded in the weight axis. Geste is designed by wondering at the French and Dutch types, and it is mixed with curvature treatments from mid-orient writing culture. Geste introduces generous curves and proportions that give a glance of an elegant look. Yet it presents sharp, precise cuts and brings a contemporary look to letterforms. It comprises a harmony between the Latin sans and serif and their Perso-Arabic counterparts. Geste is designed to cover editorial design purposes with various styles while introducing a new secondary style in Perso-Arabic that roots in fast calligraphy styles and handwriting in the east of the Arabic script region.
